A Soft, Sculptural Sanctuary in Malvern East
Completed in Malvern East, this space was reimagined as a serene retreat, balancing soft architectural forms with natural materiality. The curved timber batten wall creates a sculptural focal point, gently wrapping the vanity zone while introducing depth and rhythm. Paired with warm oak joinery, brushed brass fixtures, and a neutral stone palette, the design evokes a sense of understated luxury.
A key feature of the project is the expansive window framing lush greenery beyond, intentionally blurring the line between indoors and out. This connection to nature enhances the feeling of calm and allows natural light to soften the space throughout the day.
Every element was thoughtfully selected to ensure cohesion and longevity, from the tactile finishes to the clean-lined freestanding bath and minimalist styling. The result is a timeless bathroom that feels both elevated and deeply grounding.
This project reflects a design approach centred on balance, where form meets function, and beauty is found in simplicity.
